By accessing or using AuthentiCheck ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuthentiCheck provides AI-powered image authenticity analysis to detect AI-generated or manipulated images. The Service uses machine learning models and forensic analysis techniques to provide statistical probability assessments.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account creation
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload images containing illegal content, child exploitation material, or content violating third-party rights
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or abuse the Service's detection algorithms
• Respect daily usage limits (currently 5 analyses per day for free users)

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: AuthentiCheck provides statistical probability estimates, not definitive proof. Results should be considered as one factor in authenticity verification, not absolute truth.

• No Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% detection rates
• Liability: We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results
• Beta Status: The Service is currently in beta testing and may contain errors or undergo changes

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process and analyze them.
• Our IP: The Service, algorithms, models, and interface are proprietary to SolutionXT AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Uploaded images are processed in memory only and not permanently stored
• Analysis metadata is retained for authenticated users
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@solutionxt.com.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
